The first half of the consultation will be diagnostic. Here I will ask you many questions and analyse your needs and current business situation.
The second half of the consultation will be prescriptive. Here I will give you at least 6 or 7 different strategies that you can implement immediately that should have an immediate effect on your sales. I will be doing a lot of talking! I suggest you make notes and record the conversation so you can listen to it over and over.
